Focus on quality outcome instead of deadlines
Article Abstract:
Managers should prioritize the quality of processes to ensure the production of highly competitive products. This approach secures the present growth of their company as well as in the future. A focus on quality means that managers should abandon the tenets of time management, which only results in work that is always finished on time but is not of good quality. Quality-conscious managers may be forced to devote more time and work harder in their jobs.
