KCS Energy Inc. - KCS
Article Abstract:
Insiders at KCS Energy Inc. have begun buying back shares of the integrated oil and gas firm. The company provides exploration, production, distribution and other related services. Three prominent insiders sold their KCS shares near its peak price of $32 in 1993, up from a low of $10. Since then, its value has been dropping, and these same executives purchased blocks at between $14.13-$17 Dec. 1994 and Jan. 1995. This reversal of tactics is a signal of this stock's positive outlook.
