Lois Paul redesigns site to make it more user-friendly

Lois Paul and Partners (LP&P) has reintroduced in fall 2000 its Web site, www.loispaul.com, to offer visitors a fresh look and fast, streamlined access to comprehensive information about the agency. According to Christine Simeone, the firm's Senior VP-Client Services, the site is intended to enable a visitor to view a particular section while still being only a click away from everything else. Also, LP&P attempted to meet the needs of the press and analysts with the redesigned site, Simeone added.

Ketchum site boasts treasure trove of info for staff, clients

Ketchum's internal Web site, called My Ketchum Global Network (myKGN), provides various tools that allow both clients and employees clients to easily obtain the agency's entire resources. For instance, a customer who needs help on a brand marketing campaign for a new drink could run a search on all the employees who have expertise in this field. Also, myKGN enables users to customize their homepage on the system, which offers a variety of more than 70 'gadgets' that can be added to a personal homepage.
