Brabant Pers, a regional newspaper publishing arm of VNU, makes use of the British postcode system Mosaic in The Netherlands to provide useful information not usually revealed by normal readership surveys. The system was introduced by Brabant newspaper's head of marketing, Willem Zweirs, who envisions the establishment of a group that will integrate editorial, advertising and marketing functions to create initiatives.
