Lockheed Martin Corp., the largest defense contractor would have to face a rich array of opportunities even though it plans to buy Titan Corp., as per the financial analysts. The failure of the deal however meant that, Lockheed had a lower debt level, but still had the chance to buy smaller IT firms in future.
