China-Taiwan issue worse than Pentagon says: Experts

Experts revealed that the Pentagon's 2005 edition of the report on Chinese military power has failed to convey the seriousness of China's threat to Taiwan. Dan Blumenthal, a panelist at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research (AEI) forum revealed that the report has misled people about the clear and present danger that China poses to Taiwan.

Watchdog: U.S. nukes sites remain vulnerable
Article Abstract:
The findings of the Project on Government Oversight (POGO) indicate that many of the nuclear sites in the United States are susceptible to terrorist attacks despite the post 9/11 security- beefing measures taken by the Department of Energy (DOE). Combining its main nuclear sites will make U.S. a safer country and save approximately $3 billion.
