TQM connects all segments of marketing
Article Abstract:
Total quality management (TQM) greatly affects a company's marketing strategy. It is based on improving customer satisfaction in order to promote long-term growth. One benefit of TQM to marketing is it ensures product quality which may lead to repeat orders by customers. Another benefit is reduced operation costs by spending less on rejects and back orders from dealers. On the other hand, companies that do not employ TQM still need to hire quality inspectors which increase costs and reduce turnaround time.
