Grow-fast policy rebounds on convenience retailer
Article Abstract:
Alldays is seeking to simplify its structure through the purchase of its Regional Development Companies (RDCs), that are off its balance sheet. The company planned to expand rapidly through developing its RDCs, but performance has varied since it is difficult for Alldays to control more than 300 RDCs as well as an additional 200 franchises. The RDCs are not included in Alldays' consolidated accounts, so analysts cannot easily judge the group's finances.
