Gibbs & Cox, Inc., New York, N.Y., is being awarded an option to previously awarded contract N0024-97-C-2300. $5,910,000 is being placed against the execution of a $18,654,403 cost-plus-fixed-fee option for flight upgrade development and engineering support for the DDG 51 class AEGIS destroyer program. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va. (55%) and New York, N.Y. (45%), and is expected to be completed October 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
