Article Abstract:
Raytheon Company, (d.b.a., Raytheon Systems Company), Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $44,158,212 fixed-price incentive, letter contract for the production of eight Block 1 guided missile launching systems and three Block 1 ordnance alterations kits in support of the rolling airframe missile. This contract contains an option, which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $46,550,000. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (50%), and Ottobrunn, Germany (50%), and is expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-99-C-5450).

Work will be performed in Baltimore, Md., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
