McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $42,996,196 ceiling-priced, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of operational test program sets for the consolidated automated support system in support of the F/A-18E/F aircraft program. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed by October 2003. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335-98-D-0328).

Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, Marietta, Ga., is being awarded an $18,848,300 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-98-C-0024 to exercise an option for full scale fatigue testing services for the S-3 Viking aircraft. This effort is part of a service life extension program for the S-3 Viking aircraft to ensure aircraft viability until the year 2015. Work will be performed in Marietta, Ga., and is expected to be completed by June 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
