Veridian, Veda Operations, Alexandria, Va, is being awarded a $1,692,050 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide technical and financial support services for Security Assistance/Foreign Military Sales (SA/FMS) to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command FMS program office. These services will include planning, financial management and executing of command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) FMS programs including pre-case, case execution and general program management support. This contract contains options, which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contract to $8,774,635. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by January 2004. This contract was competitively procured through the world wide web and one offer was received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00039-99-C-3145).

Lockheed Martin, Government Electronic Systems, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded a $16,860,000 modification (#P00031) to previously awarded contract N00024-98-C-5197 to exercise an option for FY 99-05 Aegis combat system baseline upgrades and critical experiments. The contract covers development and integration of Aegis combat system baseline computer program hardware and software upgrades for Aegis destroyers DDG 91 and following ships. Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J., and is expected to be completed by September 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.
