PR helps companies reach out to disabled

Cole Communications is a public relations firm operated by Susan and Bob Cole dedicated to assisting disabled persons become productive. The couple left their jobs in prestigious firms to specialize in disabled persons after they begat a daughter that was born deaf. Bob Cole commented on the need to develop the disabled minority that he says is largely overlooked by most corporate hiring programs. Their daughter Debra now works as an adviser to students at the Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. Cole adds that the disabled minority compose 53 million of US society and have disposable income amounting to $175 million that is triple the spending power of teenagers.
