PR weighs in to defend clients against obesity rap
Article Abstract:
The tidal wave of lawsuits leveled against the US food and beverage industry for fostering obesity, has led to an increasing use of PR to defend its clients. The PR people contend that the onus for eating healthily lies on consumers and not on the food industry.
