The 30% decline in Palmer Wireless Inc. stock prices since Aug. 1996 have not discouraged insiders from increasing their holdings. Twelve executives have acquired 72,622 shares between Sep. 20 and Oct. 28, 1996 at $14.50 to $16.85 each. These include Director Thomas McCloskey's purchase of 33,426 shares, Pres. William Ryan's acquisition of 14,484 shares and Director Robert Engelhardt's purchase of 6,484 shares.
