The Home Office has issued proposals to make bribery investigation clearer and easier. These proposals include bribery investigations proposal of the Home Department, Credit card cheques and Company Law Reform Bill from the Trade & Industry Department, Employment Law from the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT), SMP and SSP rate changes, Single on-line filing of accounts, Late payment of commercial debts act, and Statutory Instruments.
