Problems with service performance reporting: the case of public art galleries
Article Abstract:
A survey of the service reporting performance of 11 public art galleries in New Zealand was undertaken to evaluate the effectiveness of private sector accounting techniques when applied to the government sector. Results show that many reports had inconsistencies and inaccuracies in both concept and implementation.
