Realtors court home buyers online
Article Abstract:
Coldwell Banker's World Wide Web site is considered superior to that of fellow real estate company Re/Max. According to a survey, Coldwell Banker's search engine is better than that of Re/Max because of its ease of use. Users also prefer the Coldwell Banker site for offering more tools and resources for home buyers. Common complaints against Re/Max's site include the difficulty of deciphering instructions, inclusion of two search engines and the perception that it does not list as many homes as possible.
