Article Abstract:
Technical and functional quality has been found to create a direct impact on relationship marketing, as revealed by an inquiry conducted on professional services using a conceptual behavioral model. This may be explained by the fact that consumers tend to acquire the best possible returns for their investment. Results further suggest that communication effectiveness lead to financial benefits in the form of enhanced adviser-client relationships.
