The focus of outsourcing is more on trying to make the best out of opportunities thrown up by technological innovation, which makes it possible for India and Indian companies to create values for themselves and for others by meaningfully joining the global value chain. The cultural affinity that India enjoys with Britain has made off shoring for UK clients far more enjoyable than working with American clients.
