Toys 'R' Us
Article Abstract:
Toys 'R Us implements an incentive program that seeks to enhance associates performance with regards to consumer safety, service and administration. Introduced in August 1994, the TRU Rewards program is designed to furnish Toys 'R US distribution and retail associates with the chance to accumulate points through better work performance, such as averting safety hazards, and posting perfect attendance. The current incentive program, which is inspired by a recognition program for Toys 'R Us employees that excluded retail associates, is now linked to an all-time high level of employee morale, as well as better feedback in mystery shoppers evaluations and customer surveys.

Serenity now
Article Abstract:
Several companies are now recognizing spa resorts as a good means by which to rejuvenate and reward top-performing employees. Similar to their Greek, Roman and Asian predecessors, these modern-day resorts offer indulgent bathing sessions as well as other pampering services such as facials, massages and body treatments. The misconception that spa visits are expensive would be proven wrong by companies, as they also realize that many people are now acknowledging that spa services can help them attain their goals of a health lifestyle.
