Intra- and interband transfers in the B800-B850 antenna of Rhodospirillum molischianum: Redfield theory modeling of polarized pump-probe kinetics
Article Abstract:
Exciton model for the B800-B850 LH2 light-harvesting antenna of Rhodospirillum molischianum is used to explain the absorption, excitation-wavelength-dependent pump-probe kinetics, and induced absorption anisotropy at 77 K. The nonlinear response is calculated using the density matrix equation and can be directly viewed in the excitation and site representation.

Direct observation of solvation dynamics and dielectric relaxation in the photosynthetic light-harvesting-2 complex of rhodopseudomonas acidophilia
Article Abstract:
The Stark spectroscopy to time resolves dielectric relaxation processes in a protein on a picosecond time scale are used for a study. The fluorescence dynamics of the light harvesting-2 complex of rhodopseudomonas acidophila are studied.
