IR study on the relaxation of the phosphate group of 5'-dCMP in 2H2O and H2O solutions
Article Abstract:
In relation to the relaxation process of the vibrational mode, a band shape analysis of the IRv5 (Po32-) band of 5'-d CMP in 2H2O and H2O was performed. It has also been indicated that the Markovian modulation is dominant for the Vs (Po32-) mode.
