Advanced optics, new lamps brighten data projector trends
Article Abstract:
Visual presentation trends are undergoing a rapid transition from traditional slides and overhead projectors to online presentations that utilize personal computers and data projectors. The shift is the result of technological advances in data projector software and the spread of support software. The latest in data projectors offer higher luminance with the adoption of lamps with light emission eficiency; technological advances in LCDs and optical systems; and the use of a microlens arrays of transmissive LCD panels.
