InFocus Systems Inc. offers the XGA LP735 data projector can handle full-motion video from SECAM, NTSC and PAL signal formats. The product, which casts images on screens measuring 30 to 300 inches, offers 4:3 aspect ratios, images with 1,024 x 768 dots and contrast ratio of 300:1. The LP735 is ideal to be used in financial analysis, advertising, graphic design, software engineering and medical image processing because of its XGA skills. With a 25ms response time, the LP735 functions with deluxe laptop computers as well as from a palette of 16.7 million colors.

Sanyo Fisher Co of California has launched its latest lineup of multimedia LCD projectors. The PLC-EF10N offers a computer digital interface for a complete digital signal path from computer to projector. It features three 1.8-inch thin-film transistor polysilicon LCD panels and a 400W metal halide lamp, can achieve 2,300 lumens with true SXGA resolution. The PLC- XU 10N Mobile Pro features full XGA resolution and delivers 800 lumens (ANSI) using a 120W UHP lamp and a 16x digital zoom.

The full-specification LV- 7500 offers a brightness pf 1,400 lumens (ANSI) and XGA-mode images, while the business-use LV-5500 model delivers 1,250 lumens (ANSI) and real SVGA images. The real-SVGA, mobile LV-5300 requires no computer to operate.
