Purchase Rates up for OA and Communications Equipment
Article Abstract:
There is an increase in the purchase of office automation (OA) and communications equipment. The most popular products include personal computers, small business computers, electronic typewriters and copiers. Low cost, increased reliability and ease-of-use have increased the interest in such products as voice mail, electronic mail and local area networks. An estimated eighty-eight percent of companies have indicated satisfactin with office automation equipment.
