IBM shrink-wraps new support offering
Article Abstract:
IBM Corp has launched its shrink-wrapped ServicePacs which will allow small- and medium-sized companies to take hold of the services. Four ServicePacs, namely, End User Support-Suite, End User Support-Priority, Remote Technical Support and Recovery Services for End Users, can be easily purchased through the reseller channel. Thus, the infrastructure that seemed to be inapproachable to companies that did not belong to Fortune 500 companies has become appealing and easily available to smaller companies.
