Canon's six-in-one machine saves space, time, costs

Canon Inc of Japan has introduced its CFX-L3500IF multifunctional peripheral. The CFX-L3500IF can transmit documents at about six seconds per page as a conventional fax machine, and can also send and receive faxes directly through a PC. The unit can produce high-quality documents at an optical resolution with 600 x 600 dpi as a 6ppm laser printer, and also allows graphics, logos and printed documents to be scanned into a PC at 600 dpi. The CFX-L3500IF can make up to 99 copies at a time with 600dpi laser output as a copier, and also functions as a full-featured telephone.

Many Japanese offices are shifting to these color printers to meet professional and business demands.
