Quintus Corp has opted to build up its infrastructure in addition to the introduction of call-center and help desk solution CustomerQ 3.3. The measures relate to Quintus' preparations for an initial public offering. It has also acquired Cary, NC-based call center consultancy Call Center Enterprises.
