D7 opens as new CRM shop

A new customer relationship management (CRM) firm called D7 Consulting LLC has been established in Chicago, IL. D7 will help companies formulate new CRM strategies, identify their most valuable customers and handle change management issues. Other services offered by D7 include organizational assessment, customer segmentation and analysis, process design and redesign, marketing strategy and technology software selection. Tony DeNunzio, D7's founder, also serves as its president and CEO.
