Coke resurrects bottle from yesteryear

Coca-Cola Co of Atlanta, GA, has started a marketing campaign aimed at improving the sale of Coca-Cola Classic with the release of its classic 8- ounce bottle. The company is said to be abandoning the `Always' tagline and adopting the old `Enjoy' theme in order to be more intimately connected with official Coca-Cola bottlers that will begin producing the classic Cokes in Jan 2000. Coca-Cola is set to distribute over 1 million of these bottles in Feb 2000.

DM to mammogram centers yield brisk response for on target campaign

On Target Health Solutions' Healthy Advice for Women is a direct marketing initiative aimed at reaching nine million women aged 40 and above. The campaign, which the specialty healthcare marketing firm expects to be released in almost 1,700 mammography centers in the US by May or Jun 2000, is believed to be the first direct-to-consumer campaign of its kind in the US. The program offers advise and data to women regarding health issues.
