Grey Direct debuts e-mail marketing

Grey Direct subsidiary, New York, NY-based Grey E.Mail, has launched a new platform called eMMetrics that is designed to integrate all electronic mail-related touch points with offline marketing efforts. The platform offers results in real time. Statistics have indicated response rates of 60% in 48 hours to electronic mails when using eMMetrics, compared to traditional direct mail, which takes at least three weeks and elicits an average response rate of 1%-2%.
