Third time may be a charm for online database auction
Article Abstract:
Financial direct marketing firm Market Logistics Group is hoping that its online listing of 200,000 house file names of active US investors would finally be auctioned off on askad.com after being rejected by Yahoo and eBay. Michael Dambro, president of Market Logistics, said the files that the company is selling contains the names and telephone numbers of consumers interested in investment opportunities. Both Yahoo and eBay had refused the company after mistakenly thinking that the files contain personal contact information or e-mail addresses.
