Cerida teleservices tapped for IBM partner program

Andover, MA-based Cerida Corp has been chosen to market and run a lead- generation program for IBM's small and midsize business partners. Cerida began marketing the program to members of IBM Partnerworld, a group of 45,000 companies worldwide that use IBM technology and have partnered to become resellers of IBM hardware and software. Cerida will market only to Partnerworld members in North America.

ATA is planning a self--regulatory body for teleservices
Article Abstract:
American Teleservices Association is forming a self-regulatory organization for outbound and inbound teleservices. The organization will setup ethical guidelines and review ATA's business practices. The organization will consist of trade groups and consumer groups.
