Feedback portal debuts letter-writing feature
Article Abstract:
Feedback Direct Inc of Santa Monica, CA, is launching a letter-writing engine and a personalized customer service mailbox on Mar 7, 2000, to enable consumers to communicate with companies on its Web site, Feedbacdirect.com. Information gathered from the engine and mailbox will allow consumers to get a more detailed profile of companies and their consumer ratings. Companies, on the other hand, can use the data to turn their consumer service department from a cost center to a profit center.
