Looks good, sounds good, let's make it be good!
Article Abstract:
Business people engaged in the prefabricated houses industry can expect positive financial returns in 1999. Shipment statistics and the expansion of the multi-section home segment will spur the profits for the industry. However, they must be cautious especially in matters related to ethical issues and relationships between lenders and home retailers. Executives must beware of the proliferation of sales fraud and prevent finance companies from losing trust in the industry.

Are sunny skies ahead?
Article Abstract:
The manufactured home industry has experienced a dramatic upturn in shipping and sales during the first five months of 1992, which is attributed to the combination of low floor-planning and a very serious shortage of inventory at retail sales centers in the first quarter of 1992. To continue successful sales, manufacturers and retailers should realize that selling is solving problems for the customer. Communication and an ability to close sales are also important.
