Phoenix, Ax.-based Senior Advisory Council, which is a telemarketing services company, has been accused of conducting an improper direct marketing campaign. The company was criticized by the New York Consumer Protection Board for using a list of consumers who had been previously bilked out of money in a fraud operation.
