Commercial mail receiving agencies (CMRA) will be subject to a new U.S. Postal Service rule on August 1, 2001. The new regulation, which will require CMRAs to put special addressing designations on its mail, affects companies such as San Diego, Calif.-based Mail Boxes Etc.

FedEx to buy LTL carrier Watkins
