PeopleSoft launches next-generation CRM solution

PeopleSoft Inc, based in Pleasanton, CA, in Jun 2001 introduced a CRM solution called PeopleSoft 8 Customer Relationship Management. The solution allows universal access from any Web device, embedded analytics and seamless integration of enterprise data and business processes. According to PeopleSoft Pres Craig Conway, the company re-architected its current CRM applications to develop a CRM solution based entirely on pure Internet architecture.
