Morale is an important factor that drives employees to work hard and maintain a good performance. Manufactured home dealers should always keep its salespeoples' morale high to ensure productivity and profitability. This can be done by appreciating their work, assuring them security, providing incentives such as promotions and salary increases and helping them work through problems, be it work-related or personal. They can also give them jobs that will challenge their creativity. However, dealers must also maintain discipline in the job to prevent its employees from turning complacent.
