It has changed its tag line marginally to oThe travelerEs search engine o making it more personal and consumer benefiting, which has brought about a large difference in the attitude of its consumers. SideStep has also tied up with various marketing partners for the consumers benefit, and appointed a PR Agency to create awareness about the company.

Ad consultant sees change in search process
Article Abstract:
Relations between clients and agencies have changed due to lack of trust between both. Transparency, and honest work can make a large difference to the relationship and marketers are making an effort to change, as a healthy client- agency relations produce great work. A change in the search process, before awarding an account to an agency may resolve a lot of the problems.
