Study: Amazon treated customers best in Q4

A study of large U.S. retailers published by The Customer Respect Group, Boston, has revealed that Amazon.com stood first in providing the best treatment to its customers in the fourth quarter of 2004 while Payless ShoeSource was rated the worst. The study is based on the analysis of customers' online experiences during their interaction with the companies.
