The elimination of sales fraud
Article Abstract:
Sales fraud has become a major concern in the prefabricated housing industry due to the enormous financial losses it poses to business owners. These activities, often committed to improve credit quality, primarily involve the concealment of facts and misinterpretation of financial information in order to expedite the approval of loans. Fraud may be prevented by conducting an extensive audit on loans before and after they are closed. It may also prove useful to double-check reports issued by sales agents and maintain a high degree of ethical standards within the organization.
