Rhode Island has a very high demand for marina slips, which becomes more obvious because of shortage of such facilities on the tiny island. O'Neill Properties Group, a Pennsylvania based company, is planning to construct a 1,500 slip marina to resolve the problem. The proposed project is also expected to accommodate megayacht.
