The most highly recommended cars by Which? magazine are those which offer the best standards in their class in terms of reliability, safety and comfort for driver and passengers. In the supermini class, the best buys are the Nissan Micra and the VW Polo, while the best small family cars are those in the VW Golf/Vento range. In the large family car category, the best buys are the Ford Mondeo and the Toyota Carina E, while the most highly recommended executive cars are the Audi A6, the Mercedes-Benz C-class, the Saab 900, the Toyota Camry and the Volvo 850.
