Shopping around for fish
Article Abstract:
Fresh and frozen fish can be bought at supermarkets, market stalls or fishmongers, although market stalls and fishmongers are the cheapest options. Taste tests of samples of chilled, pre-packed, wet and frozen cod fillets found that frozen fish has a better flavour than fresh. Guidelines on how to buy the best quality fish are included.
