Cash from your home
Article Abstract:
The safest type of scheme for elderly people to gain additional income from their homes is a home income plan which offers a regular fixed income. Other schemes are investment bonds that rely on returns which are not guaranteed, variable-interest mortgages, which are affected by interest rates, and home reversion. Minimum age requirements, amounts that can be borrowed, and yearly income for home income and home reversion schemes are listed.
