Article Abstract:
First Direct came out tops in a 'Which?' survey of customer satisfaction with the banking service provided by their bank or building society. The Alliance & Leicester, Nationwide Building Society, Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Scotland are all recommended for clients who stay in credit and also for those that tend to go into the red. The survey also revealed that customer satisfaction with Abbey National is at an all-time low.
