Making movies
Article Abstract:
Eight millimeter camcorders are a better choice than VHS-C camcorders,, because of better sound quality and less expensive tapes. Bauer's VCC612, 550 pounds sterling, VHS-C camcorder is recommended for basic play-back in home videos, without copying, together with the Panasonic NV-G1B, Philips VKR6847, and the Panasonic NV-G3B, which includes slightly more features. The Fujix FF60 Wide, 8 mm camcorder, 600 pounds sterling, is quite small, light, and relatively cheap, it features an extra wide angle lens, remote control and extra grip. The Sony CCD-F555E, 8 mm camcorder, 700 pounds sterling, is larger and heavier than the Fujix model and features include a very clear still picture and a zoom ratio of ten. Finally, the Fujix FH80, Nikon VN-7000, and Sony CCD-TR705E, Hi8 models are also included as best buys. Product specifications for 40 brands of camcorders are included.
