A dynamic equilibrium model of search, bargaining and money
Article Abstract:
Traditional myopic nash bargaining solutions can generate economic models that do not include limit cycles, making them less useful or obsolete. By using dynamic equilibria, in the form of a differential equation, a model can be developed that includes limit cycles. Other factors in the model include fiat money, strategic bargaining and random matching.

Article Abstract:
Search-theoretical models by Cass and Shell are pursued . Search models generate interesting dynamic equilibria, including cycles, chaos and sunspot equilibria just as in overlapping generations models which help us to understand how alternative models are related.
